Want to help keep comedy alive in Half Moon Bay? Think you're funny? Do you like to make people laugh?
Here's your opportunity. Blue Blanket Improv is having open auditions for their comedy improv troupe on Dec. 2 at 4 p.m.
If you or a friend are funny, come out and show the folks at Blue Blanket Improv what you've got. You may be a good fit for their troupe!
Blue Blanket Improv is a dedicated group of improvisational actors and comedians. They devote their time and skills to bring free or low cost entertainment to the residents of San Francisco and the Bay Area.
The members of Blue Blanket Improv receive no money for their services. They perform for the love of their craft and the applause of their audience.
Contact Marc Samuels at BlueBlanketImprov@hotmail.com if you are interested in auditioning.
The troupe's next show is slated for Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. This community-based improv comedy troupe brings people together for the common good and a laugh-out-loud good time with shows that are created on the spot, based entirely on audience suggestions. It's never the same show twice. Blue Blanket Improv brings their unique brand of "Comedy on the Coast" to the performance venue at the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (I.O.O.F.) Lodge at 526 Main St. in Half Moon Bay.
