Midcoast Community Council AGENDA for June 25, 2014, Regular Meeting, 7:00 pm

(7:00) Call to Order -- Councilmember self-introductions 
 
1. Board of Supervisors’ Report and Reports from other Government Officials 
 
2. Public Comment & Announcements
 (Members of the public may speak up to 3 minutes on 
any topic not on the agenda. Please fill out a speaker slip. The Council may not discuss or take action 
on items not on the agenda.)
 
 
3. Consent Agenda (Items generally approved as a group without discussion, unless requested to 
be moved to Regular Agenda for discussion) 
a. Approve Minutes for May 28, 2014. 
 
4. Regular Agenda â€“ The Council may take action on the following items: 
 
a. (7:15) Highway 1 Congestion and Safety Improvement Project:  In response to 
the community's concerns, Supervisor Horsley wil  present a modified process for 
moving forward with the project. 
Desired outcome: The community wil  have an opportunity to comment and 
discuss the topic directly with Supervisor Horsley 
 
b. (8:15) Business Frontage Highway Access Openings: compliance with 
Caltrans and County regulations  (Ketcham) 
Desired Outcome: The community wil  be educated on the topic. The council wil  
determine if there is a need for further action and define the next steps. 
 
5. Council Activity â€“ Correspondence received & meetings attended
