A California lottery ticket worth more than $2.1 million was sold at a 7-Eleven store in Hayward, Lottery officials said.
The winning 'Powerball' ticket, which was purchased at the 7-Eleven at 130 Harder Road, matched all five numbers in Wednesday's drawing.
The winning numbers were 34, 23, 43, 19, and 2, officials said. The ticket purchased at the Hayward 7-Eleven store missed the Powerball number of 14. The convenience store owner who sold the winning ticket will receive around $11,000, officials said.
The winner has 180 days from the day of the drawing to claim the cash prize.

Many congratulations to the winner. I'm sure we would all love to pick up a similar jackpot! For what it's worth, here's what I do to try and make that possible. I have my own little just-for-fun page which generates personal quick pick (lucky dip) numbers. As I say, it is only for fun, but you never know your luck! Look out for VillaLibra Lucky Numbers if you want to see if you can locate it.
