Have a Beer With SF Giants President Tonight in Half Moon Bay

San Francisco Giants president and CEO Larry Baer's appearance at the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company marks the fifth anniversary of the restaurant's Brews and Views monthly speaker series.

San Francisco Giants president and CEO Larry Baer is speaking in Half Moon Bay tonight about his experience growing up in San Francisco and what is in store for the Giants in the upcoming season.

Baer's appearance at the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company marks the fifth anniversary of the restaurant's Brews and Views monthly speaker series.

The event, scheduled for 6 p.m. at the restaurant, located at 390 Capistrano Road, is free and open to the public.

The restaurant's full menu will be available, with 10 percent of proceeds going to the Cabrillo Education Foundation, according to organizers.

Baer has overseen a fruitful period for the Giants' franchise, which moved into a new ballpark in San Francisco in 2000 and won the World Series in 2010 and 2012.

The Brews and Views speaker series was created by Lenny Mendonca, co-owner of Half Moon Bay Brewing Co., who plans to follow the Giants around
the country for one week each month this season to see every National League ballpark.

More information about this evening's event and the speaker series can be found online at www.hmbbrewingco.com or by calling (650) 728-BREW.
