Highway 1 Closed Between Filbert and Grove Streets for Traffic Light Installation
Motorists are advised to expect minor delays in this area of Half Moon Bay during construction hours.
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close Route 1 between Filbert Street and Grove Street in the City of Half Moon Bay to install traffic signals, lighting and pedestrian push buttons.
Construction hours are between 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. tonight, starting Thursday, Oct. 3 through Oct. 10, 2013, with the same hours. If work is not completed on Oct. 10, expected completion date is Oct. 15, 2013 (weather permitting).
Orange cones will be placed to help guide motorist through the construction zone.
One lane of traffic will remain open at all times.
Motorists are advised to expect minor delays. Please be alert for workers and “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
