PHOTOS: Half Moon Plein Air Painters at Rockaway Beach

Half Moon Bay's Plein Air Painters gather at a different location each Wednesday morning for a few hours to paint and enjoy each other's company. Each session is also a chance for painters to learn from each other.

We finally found the sun at Rockaway Beach in Pacifica.  Many artists were here to enjoy the good weather and the super subjects this location offered.  We will return again next week to finish the painting we started today or to start another.

Time permitting, the group gathers at the end of each session to share their morning paintings and talk further over lunch.
