The group sets up shop to paint some great vistas.

Half Moon Bay's Plein Air Painters gather at a different location each Wednesday morning for a few hours to paint and enjoy each other's company. Each session is also a chance for painters to learn from each other.

Time permitting, the group gathers at the end of each session to share their morning paintings and talk further over lunch.

"We were fortunate to have great weather at the Juliana St. painting location," said Plein Air painter Eric Greenhut. "The ocean was producing dramatic waves pounding against the rocks and the shore."
