Half Moon Bay's Plein Air Painters gather at a different location each Wednesday morning for a few hours to paint and enjoy each other's company. Each session is also a chance for painters to learn from each other.
Time permitting, the group gathers at the end of each session to share their morning paintings and talk further over lunch.
This time, the group met at Linda Mar beach to take on the challenge of painting the houses on the hillside above the beach. The weather on Dec. 19 was clear and sunny for a change.
