The race entails 500 yards in the Colony Club indoor pool, 9 miles of biking on the Coastal Trail/Redondo Beach Road, and 5k of running along the Coastal Trail.
$65 to register. 10 percent of the proceeds donated to the Cabrillo Education Foundation Immediate Use Fund.
