Little did Nancy Hall and husband Andrew Leone know how popular their "Last Ride on Devil's Slide" T-shirts were going to be.
Last Sunday, Hall was busy at Florey’s Book Company in Pacifica taking yet another inventory of her stock.
“They are selling really fast,” she said. “We even had one of the Devil’s Slide construction workers come in to buy one.”
There are sizes for kids, too, and keep a look out for the red “Last Ride on Devil’s Slide” T-shirt in addition to the black and white style.
Leone’s commemorative “Last Ride on Devil’s Slide” original T-shirt design is reminiscent of vintage tattoo graphics. He was inspired to design the t-shirt after The Curios — Hall and Lee Parvin — came up with idea, wrote a song and recorded it by the same name.
Florey’s is the main go-to place to get your "Last Ride on Devil’s Slide" T-shirt but Patch just learned that Maverick’s Surf Shop in Princeton is also planning on carrying them!
“We will definitely carry the T-shirts,” said store co-owner Cassandra Clark. “It should be fun.”
Look for them there in about a week from today.

Judging by their popularity so far, these t-shirts are certainly destined to become a collector’s item. So let’s see yours!
