Beer & Cheese Dinner with Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company
Celebrate the palate-pleasing harmony of pairing craft beer with some of Northern California’s most treasured artisan cheeses! Close friends of the Brewing Company, the Stray and Giacomini families have been making extraordinary handcrafted cheese in Point Reyes since 2000 and Lynn Stray will speak at the dinner about the delicious Original Blue, Toma, Fresh Mozzarella and Bay Blue cheeses, all four of which will be perfectly paired with Brewmaster Kirk Hillyard’s fall beer selection in a fun and delicious exploration of taste with a menu created by Chef Gaston Alfaro.
In keeping with the Brewing Company’s ongoing philanthropic initiatives, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to a Coastside charity.
