VIDEO: Higaki Honored as Farmer of the Year
President of Bay City Flower Co. in Half Moon Bay honored on Friday.
Local and state officials joined 300 members of the Half Moon Bay community to honor the Farmer of the Year at the 43rd annual Mel Mello Farm Day Luncheon.
Councilmember presented the award to Harrison Higaki, President of . in Half Moon Bay. Founded in 1910, the company has been located in Half Moon Bay for the last 52 years.
