Coastside Democrats Host Blood Drive

The Coastside Democrats will host a blood drive Friday for the Stanford Blood Center.

According to the Stanford Blood Center, every two seconds a person in the United States is in need of a blood transplant.

By becoming a blood donor, the gift one gives to those in need is incalculable. However, the Stanford Blood Center is frequently without the vital resource for those who are most vulnerable.

The Coastside Democrats will be holding a blood drive this Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. for the Stanford Blood Center.
