Great Escape: Coastside Edition

For any woman feeling a disconnect between the life they are living and the life they would love to live, there’s still a limited number of seats left for this Saturday’s "Rejuvenate and Refresh by the Sea" workshop, which promises to recharge positive thinking, explore new possibilities and create a plan to step into your dream life.

Hosted at the from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the workshop will be facilitated by Certified Dream Coaches Mary Botham and Anne Martin, who will use their “unique blend of skills and life experience to guide you in crafting a more joyful and fulfilling life,” said Botham. “Give yourself the gift of one day to create your future now.”

Botham, owner of the and a real estate investor, uses brainstorming to help women discover what they want for their lives. A nurturing style empowers women to courageously step out to explore possibilities, realize their dreams, and embrace joy in their lives.

Martin first reinvented herself when she left a 15-year legal career to build a business with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She built an award-winning sales team and has coached hundreds of women who have built thriving businesses. As a Reinvention Specialist and Coach, she helps her clients explore new possibilities for their lives and redesign them for more joy and fulfillment.

“Anne and I have gone through some extensive training to help people get clear about what they want in their lives, believe in those dreams and their own abilities and then take action.”

The workshop, drawing women from all over the Bay Area, is $95 and includes lunch. A limited number of sleeping rooms at the Oceano Hotel are also available Friday night at the rate of $279, double occupancy.

In this workshop women will learn how to shift their mindset so they can move forward in their life, discover how to add meaning and passion to their life by living their purpose, create a new vision for their life and learn techniques to prevent doubt and fear from sabotaging their dreams. Lastly, participants will leave with a roadmap and tools to continue their reinvention.
