Heavy Truck Traffic on Skyline Boulevard Wednesday

Construction work continues in the area.

San Mateo County is warning that there may be increased traffic on Skyline Boulevard and Crystal Springs Road on Wednesday, Oct. 12.

Heavy truck traffic is expected on the roadway between 2 a.m. and 5 p.m. because of construction work near the southern traihead of the Sawyer Camp Trail at the Lower Crystal Springs Dam stilling basin. 90 concrete truck deliveries will be made during that time period.

Construction teams have been working nights and weekends near Skyline Boulevard and Crystal Springs Road in order to complete work before winter storms arrive.
