A high wind advisory is in effect for the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge, according to the California Highway Patrol.
There are no specific estimates to when the advisory will be lifted, CHP Officer Ralph Caggiano said. Drivers are advised to watch their speed and be courteous of other motorists, he said.
"Leave a nice space between your vehicle and other vehicles in front of or to the side of you," Caggiano said. "Don't be in a hurry."
