There's now a new place on the Coast to work on your core strength.
HMB Pilates in Moss Beach opened a couple of weeks ago, offering a schedule of classes for all levels.
Owners Colleen Delfino and Lele Keeton hosted an open house to celebrate their grand opening recently with close to 150 people attending.
On Wednesday Martin Flavey, owner of the building, was overseeing the installation of a sign for the new business.
"I think they will do well here," he said. "They have a pilates place in Half Moon Bay as well and would offer classes out of their home but now people can come to their Moss Beach location instead."
HMB Pilates is located at 2385 Carlos St. In Moss Beach.
