On The Agenda: Half Moon Bay City Council

Among items the Half Moon Bay City Council will consider Tuesday will be rejecting a bid proposal for developing the Highway 1 Trail Bridge.

The Half Moon Bay City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, at the Ted Adcock Community Senior Center, 535 Kelly  Ave

Selected items on the agenda include:

  • Conduct a public hearing and adopt a resolution approving the 2013-14 sewer service charges.
  • Adopt an urgency ordinance of the City of Half Moon Bay amending Chapter 3.82 “Taxicabs” of the Half Moon Bay municipal code.

  • Adopt a resolution authorizing review of confidential transaction and use tax information.
  • Adopt a resolution authorizing the city to submit an application to the Local Coastal Program Sea Level Rise Adaptation Grant Program.
  • Adopt a resolution rejecting the one bid proposal for fabrication and delivery of the Highway 1 Trail Bridge.
  • Adopt a resolution amending citywide traffic regulations.
