VIDEO: Youth Livestock Exhibitors at County Fair
Youth from Half Moon Bay and Pacifica talk about their experience raising and exhibiting livestock.
Shortly before they showed their animals at Saturday's livestock auction, Half Moon Bay Patch spoke to three independent livestock exhibitors from the Coastside about their experience at the San Mateo County Fair.
Independent exhibitors are those who are not affiliated with any particular club.
Courtney Andreini from Half Moon Bay (age 16), Heidi Rice from Pacifica (age 14), and Emilie Montoya (age 17) from Pacifica talk in the video about their preparation for the fair, challenges, and what they learned from the experience.
