Coastside Election Results

Local candidates, many of them incumbents, are vying for seats on the Coastside County Water District, Granada Sanitary District, Montara Water and Sanitary District, and Midcoast Community Council.

Incumbent Chris Mickelsen and Steve Flint have been elected to the Coastside County Water District.

Incumbents Ric Lohman and Leonard Woren have been re-elected to serve on the Granada Sanitary District with newcomer David Seaton.

The Midcoast Community Council will see four new faces onboard, all who won in a landslide: Dave Olson, who garnered the most votes, Chris Johnson coming in next, then Joel Janoe and Erin Deinzer.

The Montara Water & Sanitary Board will also have newly elected members Bill Huber, Jim Harvey and J Dwight Wilson.

Coastsiders are going to the polls to vote on four races in town: Coastside County Water District, Granada Sanitary District, Midcoast Community Council, and Montara Water & Sanitary Board. 

The polls will close at 8 p.m. Election results will begin to be reported shortly after because of early voting.
