Half Moon Bay International Marathon Course Tour

Where: 371 Princeton Ave. Half Moon Bay, CA. (outside EQ Fitness the HMBIM fitness sponsor)

Availability: Limited to first 30 runners.

The Goal:

The HMBIM Course Tours' goal is to bring runners out to the HMBIM course to share some pre-race excitement, develop running friendships, and get a feel for the course. This has been a highlight of the HMBIM in year's past. Leave your tempo training and race pace runs for another day and settle into Conversational Pace (CP) and enjoy some Coastside miles with new friends.

Distances / Course:

This Saturday's distances will be 12, 10, and 8 miles first covering a portion of the Southern course (all distances) then rounding out the mileage on the Northern part of the course (marathon only). Maps will be posted later in the week (check the HMBIM website)

Fluids and Food:

This is a self supported run so bring your favorite food and drink (during and post run). There is water access along the route. Remeber to train with the HMBIM on-course sports drink provider Cliff.

Post Run:

A favorite impromptu place to eat afterwards is the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company just around the corner.
