Residents Invited to 'Rock the Block' Party Saturday

Downtown Half Moon Bay event celebrates coastal living with music, local food, games and giveaways.

 

It's time once again for residents to pull out their Half Moon Bay Coastside pride and celebrate with friends and neighbors at Saturday's Rock the Block party.

The event organized by the and headline sponsors and will feature local cuisine, music, and booths offering activities, games, raffles and giveaways.

Highlights include:

  • Live music corner at Main and Kelly St. featuring the Seducers, Extra Large, and Big Crawdaddy
  • Coastal cuisine court with mojitos, margaritas, beer and wine
  • Family and kids area at parking lot with fun booths, games, face painting, hay maze and the San Mateo County Library

Raffle prizes include power tools and a Weber smoker from Ocean Shore Hardware, a $100 gift card from New Leaf Market, two Go Pro cameras, a $100 gift certificate for Osteria Coppa and more.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Coastside STEM Robotics program which teaches math and science curriculum in local schools.
