Salvatore Enea O’Brien's Life to be Celebrated on 25th Birthday

Some of the people with ties to Half Moon Bay who passed away recently.

Salvatore Enea O'Brien, 24, passed away on Nov. 27. Raised in Half Moon Bay and residing in San Francisco, O'Brien is survived by his parents Chuck O'Brien and Annie Enea and his brother Arthur Enea O'Brien. He played quarterback for Serra High School and Riordon High School. He graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco in 2012. He had started two businesses with a local partner. Friends and family are invited to attend "Sal's Celebration of Life" which will be on his 25th birthday, Thursday Dec. 12 at 4 p.m. at Oceano Resort in Half Moon Bay.

Christine Stahl passed away with her family by her side early Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 28, after a battle with lung cancer. She moved to El Granada in 1975 and then later to Miramar in 1978, eventually settling on seven acres in San Gregorio with six kids and her husband Phillip married 44 years. She had a love for horses, line dancing, knitting and crocheting. She ran a sporting goods store and was known for being supportive, talented and courageous.
