Tim Ruzzo, Neighbor

My beagle dog has been stolen. His name is Johanne, He is 3 years old, and neutered. I adopted him from a research lab in January 2012. The person who stole him may have given him to someone in the Half Moon Bay/ Montara area. The people who have him may not even know he is stolen. The girl who took him has been untruthful about her actions. If anyone has seen him or has any information please contact me. I really miss my best buddy.
