Westbound traffic on Hwy. 92 near Pilarcitos Creek Road in Half Moon Bay is at a crawl this afternoon as the California Highway Patrol clears a big rig that crashed at about 3:00 p.m. Eastbound traffic seems to be moving at normal speed
