BLOTTER: Alleged Gang Fight, Drunken Car Jumping
The following information was supplied by the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. Police log for Half Moon Bay and the unincorporated San Mateo County Coast from Aug. 27- Sept. 4.
Aug. 27
6:11 am, Route 92 and Main: DUI. An officer pulled over an erratic car and found the driver to be under the influence.
3:04 pm, Kelly and Pilarcitos: Driving with suspended license. A driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.

6:30 pm, 900 block of Avenue Balboa, El Granada: Incident report. During a roommate dispute one accused the other of poking holes in the window frame of her vehicle.

1:30 pm, 500 block of Church Street: Found property. Property was found at this location.
Aug. 30
3:17 am, 300 block of Grand Boulevard: Disorderly conduct. Someone was reported prowling a residence and a neighborhood check was met with negative results.
11:00 pm, 1100 block of Main Street: Missing person. A 17-year-old female was reported missing.

Sept. 1
11:14 pm, Route 1 north of Kelly: Public intoxication. A vehicle was seen screeching to a stop, and then running a stop sign. The vehicle was found but the owner claimed he had not been driving. He was arrested for public intoxication.
Sept. 2
6:05 pm, 300 block of Poplar Street: Domestic violence. A husband and wife were having a verbal dispute regarding threatening statements made by text messages.
Sept. 3
12:01 am, Poplar Beach: Battery. A fight possibly involving gang members was reported. Two victims said they were jumped by rival gang members, where one was smacked in the head and the other was hit in the leg.
12:33 pm, 4200 block of Route 1: Traffic collision. Three involved parties suffered minor injuries from a traffic collision.
4:55 pm, Balboa and Kelly Avenue: Incident report. The reporting party informed officers of a disturbance between them and a group of horse riders.
8:17 pm, 700 block of Purissima Street: Burglary. A purse was taken from inside the glove box of a woman's car while at an event at the IDES Hall.
Sept. 4
7:21 pm, 12000 block of Route 92: Public intoxication. A man was reported jumping up and down on top of his vehicle, and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
