UPDATE: Expect Traffic Delays During Highway 1 Project Starting Monday
Caltrans will implement a one-way traffic control on a segment of Highway 1 south of Linda Mar Boulevard.

Traffic will be moving one direction at a time on a a segment of Highway 1 from Monday, August 1, to Friday, August 12, the weekend excluded, as Caltrans repairs a section of the roadway susceptible to landslides.
The choke point will be about one mile south of Linda Mar Boulevard where crews will be building a new concrete wall above the southbound lane, Caltrans spokesman Bob Haus said.

Crews wil be working, and the roadway will be reduced to one lane, from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. August 1 through 4 and August 8 through 11 and 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. August 5 and 12.
Drivers are being advised to expect travel delays, Haus said.
