A big-rig, which was carrying a load of soil or gravel, overturned on its side on Highway 92 just west of Skyline Boulevard at about 8:15 a.m. this morning, CHP Sgt. John Carman said. The driver was injured in the crash, and the truck’s load spilled into the westbound lanes. An “advanced tow with heavy rig” was called to help with the spill, according to a CHP report.
