Vandals Damage Mailboxes, Cars in Half Moon Bay

The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office received several reports of vandalism in Half Moon Bay between Sunday morning and today.

 

The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information on a recent spree of vandalism in Half Moon Bay to please call the Sheriff's Office.

Several reports of vandalism within Half Moon Bay were received by the Sheriff's Office between Sunday morning and today.

Reportedly, the vandalism occurred between the evening on Friday, April 26, and the morning of Sunday, April 29, on the 200-300 blocks of Garcia where several mailboxes were damaged. These crimes may have taken place between 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 27,  and 3 a.m. on Sunday, April 28, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Reports of car mirrors being broken off on two vehicles, one in the 700 block of First Avenue and one in the 200 block of Myrtle, were also received.
