Other facts

As a life-long Coastside resident, I graduated from Half Moon Bay High School, returned from the Navy, married, raised a family and farmed here on the Coastside that we all love. I’ve given back to our community through local, state and federal involvements in many capacities over 40 years, because of my passion for community service and fairness.

I appreciate the opportunity to continue to serve as your elected Councilmember. We have faced a very challenging past and worked hard to make the best decisions for our city. I know we are on the right path for the future and would like to continue to see that through.

My focus is the continued well being and safety of our community, improved infrastructure as in the completion of the Main Street Bridge project promoting a thriving business community, development and maintenance of our city’s acquisition of Smith Field for all Coastsiders to enjoy, the completion of our community trails, and most importantly, to ensure we are fiscally sound for the future.

By now you know how much I love our city. I ask for your vote on November 6th so I can continue to help lead Half Moon Bay forward. Thank you.

I'd like to thank Patch for running information about the candidates for HMB City Council. An informed voter is what we all want, which is what's best for HMB or any other community. I am somewhat confused though and am hopeful that someone can help me out and clear something up - something that I no doubt just missed: Patch has featured data on Rarback, Ullom (the two new faces in the race) and now Muller (incumbent). Perhaps I missed it, but where's the data on Fraser?

You're welcome and thank you ... informed voters ... that's our intention! Patch has asked Marina Fraser to participate a few times in our candidate profiles but have not heard from her. If we get a response from from her, we'll post it right away.

Marina Fraser was also a "No-Show" at the Coastside Democrats Candidate Endorsement Meeting earlier this month, although I believe she is a registered Democrat. The Club endorsed Harvey Rarback. As a voter, it would have been nice to hear her opinion on the issues that are now facing Half Moon Bay, as HMB City Council decisions have affected the greater Coastside. No excuse was made as to why she could not (OR chose not to) be there. But I've always been told that "Excuses only Matter to the Person making them" and "Actions speak Louder than Words'. Words to consider, when in the voting booth.
