VIDEO: Anti-Romney Chants Reverberate Outside Fundraiser

Multiple protest groups coordinated parodies, sidewalk chants and rotating street parades to show their dissatisfaction with the presidential hopeful.

The Occupy protest groups mobilized days in advance for Republican presidential nominee , according to Redwood City Police Chief JR Gamez. Many donned “1%” personas as the group “Multi-Millionaires for Mitt.”

The disparate groups were able to rally under similar banners, that Romney favors corporations over the working people, they chanted.

 “We gathered here to let Mr. Romney know that many Californians do not want him to be president,” said Landes Martilla of the Electric Workers’ Union.

“We’re giving him a welcome befitting of a man who’s worth $200 million and complains that he’s unemployed.”
