Denim and Diamonds: Auction to Support Arts and Science Education at El Granada Elementary

The fundraiser takes place tomorrow from 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Over 200 items worth upwards of $35,000 were generously donated for the annual Diamonds and Denim Auction which will take place Saturday night at the Shoppes at Harbor Village in Princeton. The community in El Granada generously donated these items from their hearts to help raise money for our local elementary school.

The auction will fund basic school programs including P.E., science, and library as well as music, Art in Action and Art and Science Day, a long time tradition and coastal favorite.

El Granada Elementary School teachers donated many auction items as well, including a handcrafted American Girl Dream Wardrobe, a birdwatching hike in Pescadero, and a bedtime reading from Library Lynne. Parents donated many items as well including artisan jewelry, a kiteboarding lesson, and a photo portrait sitting.
