With the Fourth of July this week and many people on the move with picnic food, the San Mateo County Health System wants to remind residents that cases of food poisoning peak in the summer months. 

To test your knowledge of food safety, the San Mateo County Health System offers up this quiz question:

A. Wash hands before and after handling food. Soap and water is better than hand sanitizer.
