Waukesha, Wisconsin – A state politician already facing a damaged personal reputation after being accused of sexual harassment is now facing sexual assault charges stemming from an April 8, 2011.

State Rep. Bill Kramer, R-Waukesha, was charged on Friday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with two counts of second-degree sexual assault with the use of force.

The woman involved in the April 2011 incident came forward after learning about the allegations in Washington, D.C., according to WISN 12 News. The woman told authorities she had been assaulted by Kramer in a parking lot after a Pints 'N Politics event in Muskego, WISN 12 News reported.

WISN reported that a representative of the Republican Party of Waukesha County told police that Kramer was "obviously intoxicated to the point that he should not be driving," and assumed the woman was giving him a ride home.

The 49-year-old Republican has already announced that he will not seek re-election. He went into treatment earlier this year after he was accused of sexually harassing two people while on fundraising trip in Washington, D.C.

Pathetic republicans. And the right's War on Women continues..... Fortunately for the rest of us, the right will never hold the White House again. And if it wasn't for the gerrymandering the republican majority did with the congressional districts after the 2010 census, they wouldn't be holding that majority today. Of the total votes in the 2012 election, there were over 1 million more Democratic votes overall than there were Republican votes. Fortunately for this country, the right is on it's way out. The republican party is headed towards the dustbin of history. The sooner the better.

David, which "war on women" are you referring to? The one where every liberal on the planet lambasts and works to humiliate at every turn people like Sarah Palin, Condolessa Rice, Ann Colter, Michelle Bachman, and any other woman that DARE not agree with your political agenda. When you refer to gerrymandering elections are you talking about redistricting or bussing in voters from different districts and offering 5 dollars for votes? Do you think since you need to have Obama care and be able to prove it, get a license, check out a book, cash a check or use your quest card and have ID that Maybe, just Maybe you should need one to vote too?
