Occupy Half Moon Bay Still Going Strong

On Saturday, protestors lined the curb at the corner of Highway 92 and Highway 1 for the sixth weekend in a row.

Despite the holiday weekend, Occupy Half Moon Bay protestors didn't take any time off from making their presence known at the corner of Highway 92 and Highway 1.

On Saturday, a group of about 15 people held up signs declaring "WALL STREET - SCREW US AND WE MULTIPLY," "The System is BROKEN," "TAX the RICH! We are the 99%," "SOMOS el 99%!," "BREAK UP WALL STREET," "BREAK UP MEGA BANKS" and "OCCUPY EVERYWHERE."

A sign erected at the Highway 1 median directly across from the protesters read "BRING BACK THE GRADUATED INCOME TAX."

The messages attracted honks from passing motorists, who received smiles and waves from the protestors in return.

Occupy Half Moon Bay has set up shop at the same intersection of town every  Saturday afternoon since Oct. 22.
