Lynn Adams, President of the Pacifica Beach Coalition, reports that unidentified "Weed Warriors" were spotted on May 29 removing weeds on Oceana Boulevard just south of the Highway 1 on-ramp to San Francisco.
"They cleared the weeds from the side of the road just outside of the Ocean Shore School playground and picked up the litter that was hiding there too," said Adams.
Adams said that the warriors preferred to remain anonymous.

"Every day is Earth Day. Today, we celebrate Earth Day again and remove these wild radishes before they go to seed and spread even further," the warriors said of their good deeds.
