8 ball Pool Tournaments every Tuesday. $5 buy in — double elimination. First come first play. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Thursday
Low Cost Health Screenings, 9 a.m.
New Leaf Community Markets, 150 San Mateo Rd, Half Moon Bay
Head over to New Leaf for screenings for cholesterol, diabetes, glucose, bone density, liver function, lipid panel, hepatitis, and allergies by Heart Watch, a  certified mobile laboratory offering the most up-to-date screenings available.

Seating is on a first-come first-served basis, and will begin at approximately 4 p.m. Two jumbotron screens will be installed to enhance viewing. Tickets are $10. Purchase online here or at the Main Office.

Friday
Environmental Education Programs at Elkus Ranch, 2 to 4 p.m. 
Elkus Ranch Environmental Education Center, 1500 Purisima Creek Road, Half Moon Bay
The five-week series of Environmental Education programs for preschoolers and their parents/caregivers begins Friday, June 14. Each session will begin with an engaging picture book read aloud by our staff followed by related hands on activities with plants and animals and a healthy snack. Children must be accompaied by an adult. Public Meeting: San Mateo County Supervisorial District Boundries, 9:30 a.m.

Come and learn about the San Mateo County supervisorial district boundaries. Share your thoughts and ideas about possible changes. This interactive public meeting is an opportunity to learn why the district boundaries are important. Share your ideas. Get answers to your questions.
