Owner David Eck says jokingly: "This is what happens when people don't pay their bill."</p> <p>The shop is a third generation family-owned and operated complete auto care facility. It has been in business in the Half Moon Bay area since 1980 and does every type of automobile repair imaginable. It is even gearing its business for the future with diesel inspection certification and gaining experience in converting cars so that they can be fueled by vegetable oil.</p>
