Vicki Cormack started her writing career on the back of a Kleenex box with a poem to Tavern, her first "Marilyn Monroe"-style cat. Since then she has written for magazines, books, newspapers and even the occasional online invitation. Vicki currently writes on the subject of the wonders of aging , including oral histories, research pieces and short but lyrical stories. Vicki's blog is blooming and can be found at http://aroundthebend2.blogspot.com/. She lives on the coast of San Mateo with her teen rock-n-roll son and their two cats. From private investigation, to travel and archival interests, Vicki loves living in Half Moon Bay and works locally with people 60 and better.
